Unfortunately the WordPress system automatically deletes empty rows that are generated by pressing “Enter” several times.
To insert an empty row you have to change to HTML mode and enter the following HTML code:

Go to the place where you would like to insert the anchor, press the “anchor button” and give the anchor a name (e.g. test).
To insert a link to your anchor that you named “test” change to HTML mode and add at the place where you would like to insert the link the following HTML code:
If you change back to Visual mode the html code should be converted into a link (see below).

Change to HTML mode. Every list begins with an <ul> tag. This can be edited as can be seen below to use circles, discs or squares as bullet points.
Change to HTML mode. Every ordered list begins with an <ol> tag. This can be edited as can be seen below to have Roman numbers in upper or lower case or letters also in upper or lower case.
<ol type=”I”> to have I., II., III., IV.
<ol type=”i”> to have i., ii., iii., iv.
<ol type=”A”> to have A., B., C.
<ol type=”a”> to have a., b., c.
<ol start=”7″> the numbering begings with 7
<li value=”15″> defines the number of one list item (li)
